Our Commitment Toward Dismantling Ageism

There’s a lot of talk about age these days. And much of it is more harmful than you might think. Aging is living. We’re all doing it. However, when negative views based on age seep into how we think, feel, and act towards others or ourselves – that is ageism. We find it in our workplaces, health systems, entertainment, and the media. It’s everywhere. Let’s recognize it and name it when we see it.
